My 1991 Eagle Talon makes a clicking sound when I turn left (not right though). What is making this?

Lately in my 1991 Eagle Talon, when I turn left (about 75% of the time) i hear a clicking noise. I asked my dad and he said could be the CV joints, but he said he doesn't know a ton about CV's on FWD cars. Any insight or help would be appreciated. Also, is this something I will need to replace or get fixed ASAP?
