Please answer....... some one that has gone through labor??

A lot can change in a week. You need to call the doctor NOW! You are definitely in the early stages of labor. When the baby "drops", that just means that it's gradually lowering into the pelvic area.....it doesn't just do it suddenly. And labor does usually feel like menstrual cramps, only much more intense. I felt all of my labor in the cervix the last time, and it felt just like intense cramps.
