What do you think about this sewing machine?

Ok so Target has so cheap sewing machines for $79.99-$99. Do you think these will hold up for doing heavy duty work such as making things like capri-sun bags. Also, some say like 30-stitch or 85-stitch. What does that mean? Thanks for your answers!
