Has the government created the biggest Ponzi scheme ever?

…..I am speaking about social security….In most countries monies taken out of pay are put in accounts and cannot be touched…..As you know Jimmy Carter allowed this money to be used with IOU’s from the government….Any other entity that did this would go to JAIL for a Ponzi scheme…What to you think of our insolvent social security?
