Boy trouble HELPPP? ):?

Ok, well i'm in the ninth grade and i know a little about love so im not one of those immature girls that is senseless. but a few weeks ago i told a guy that i liked him after he liked me, and now i love him. earlier this week things were going good and i finally got over my nervousness that normally comes when you're around the person you love. but then on tuesday he flirted with girls in front of my face, and i just got really pissed and sort of depressed and now i dont know if i still love him as much and i just want to give up. i told him that i couldn't go out with him bc my parents dont allow me, so it feels like our relationship has no direction. i can't approach the topic of him flirting with other girls bc i have no rights to him since im not his girlfriend but now its awkward and i told him that i want to talk to him about something, but he doesn't know yet. im going to ask him if im worth his time, and if he thinks i am. any advice on this horrible situation? i know i still like him but now everything is messed up):
