Study abroad in Spain alone or with a friend?

I think you should go with your friend but stay with separate host families. That way you both will have equal time to meet and interact with others and still spend time together. I plan to do a study abroad program eventually and am looking to go with amerispan. They seem pretty affordable and have a variety of options.
