Allowing the jeep to warm up too long will produce an engine light on.?

Very simply put my friend you have a plugged up IAC Valve. Take it off unplug it and spray it out with brake or carb cleaner and brush out all the soot and put it back on and try it again. If that dont do it the only other things are plugged fuel injectors ,filter,fuel pump going out,or maybe your maf sensor or your coolant temp sensor. You never specified what that code actually was that was pulled so im forced to guess but it sounds like Idle air control valve to me. Clean the IAC and get back to me and see what you got left.
