Am i too young to be doing "things" i'm 14 years old...?

so the other night i was at a carnival and i met this guy who was high so me and my friends talked to him as a joke .. hes from the other town and hes in the same grade.. anyway so he told us to chat him on facebook when we got home , which we did .. this was several hours later and he was asking me if i do ANY of the bases.. and i said yes .. then i was joking around and saying stuff like so when am i going to meet you (; .. and he thinks im serious and wants me to give him a bl*wjob in the woods. he said its completely closed and private and he wasnt high at this point .. i dont know i kinda want to do it but i am just scared of what other people will think .. i really need advice for what to do so someone please help me!
