Are my too big?

im 13 im in the 7th grade im 5'0 and 146lbs. by bra size is 36D. my mom says theyr'e not big and i am normal like everyone else and i shouldnt worry about it. she is a big fat lier. all of my friends say that they are too big and i will need to have surgery to make them smaller. they made me cry and now im not talking to them anymore. everyone always stares at my chest when i talk to them and people i dont even know make fun of my s. i feel like im not normal and im going to be miserable when i get older because im going to be lonely because everyone is scared of my gigantic . i feel like i have a disease or something.
