Can my rental property do this?

I moved into a rental property here in Omaha back in January. At first I was in a 2 bed and moved to a 3 bed last month. I have had 2 noise complaints, one indoors (kids) one outdoors also my son. I believe the actuall complaints took place 16 days apart, but I recieved a letter saying it had been 14, yes it had been exactly 13 from the date of my 1st letter but I believe 16 days between the actuall complaints. I am being forced now to terminate my rental agreement by Aug 31st. I asked why others got away with stuff and not me, they said weve had other complaints about you propping doors etc.. I was not responsible for these and think that is just heresay. Do have any recourse?
