Can sweet potato freeze?

I find it freezes well. I make it all the time. I started my daughter at 4 months too so dont listen to anyone! Why dont you try a trio of vegetables. I puree up sweet potato, carrot and parsnip and freeze them together in layers in large cube trays. I always batch cook as well so I only have to cook for Millie once a week.
