It is the good fat so I thought it wouldn't put on the weight. It has 16 grams of fat per serving and 2 grams saturated fat. I walk two or three miles a day, but my scale doesn't budge. I get this peanut er from the organic store. It is supposed to be good for you. Any thoughts would be appreciated. I have had 10 strokes and am really trying to get healthy.
