Very small guinea pig?

I got my guinea pig a few weeks ago and he was the runt of the litter. He was about the size of a teddy bear hamster when he was nine weeks. The others were all ALOT bigger and fatter. Will my guinea pig grow to the size of a normal piggy over time?
