Who to see for jaw problems and head and neck (into chest?) muscle problems?

my jaw muscles, or muscles around my ears etc into my neck and chest are messed up, sounds kind of like tmj but more with the muscles, would i see an ortho or head and neck doctor? or someone else? thanks
